No-call no-show groups will be charged in FULL for the remainder of their court time and food! Please call us at 425-672-3332 to cancel your reservation.

All reservations are non-refundable, non-moveable! That means once you’ve paid your 50% deposit you are locked in on that spot.  If you reach out far enough in advance and let us know you need to cancel we may be able to sell your timeslot to another customer, and in that case we would be able to refund your deposit.

*Last Minute Cancellations*

1) If you cancel with less than 48 hours of notice, we will charge you in full for your court time! The other 50% deposit will be charged to your card  as with that little time to spare it is near impossible to find a replacement booking.

2) If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice *and* you have food or party add-ons (Whirly-O or Round robins) you will be charged the rest of the court time charge as well as the cost of their food and add-ons.  We often begin food preparation the night before and morning of, so a last minute cancellation means we have to throw out food and have already paid kitchen staff.
