Q. What are your hours of business?

A. Our standard hours are :: 

Mon – Sat (12AM – 12PM) & Sunday (12AM – 10PM)

We will open any time for bookings of two hours or more at an adjusted rate of $200/hr.

Q. Is there an age limit to WhirlyBall?

A. Yes. WhirlyBall is for ages 8 to 80.

Q. May I simply walk in and play?

A. For walk-in play time you need to call the day of to find out if we have any openings.  We charge $18.00 per person (up to for 1 hour of play, but only take walk-ins when we have free court time.  For the full experience of the game we reccommend that you bring in a group of 8 or more and make a reservation ahead of time.

Q. How many people do I need to make a reservation?

A.  10 people is the recommended number to reserve a court of WhirlyBall. A deposit is required to confirm each reservation.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. A 50% non-refundable, non-movable deposit for court time is required at the time of reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation and we are able to re-book your court time we would then issue you a refund on your deposit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you choose to pay by cash or check at the time of booking we will gladly refund your credit card.

Q. May I bring my own food and beverages?

A. NO… Outside food and beverages are prohibited.
